SRT headers and midpipes on a basically stock 5.7?

I currently have the resos removed on my 5.7 factory exhaust, and soon I will be replacing the suitcase with a pair of flowmaster super 44s.......

Once that is done, would putting stock SRT headers and midpipes on my car be a benefit, and if so, what would it basically do for me?

    Thanks

SRT manifolds are a great, cheap option over the 5.7 manifolds.. I'd recommend it.

Once I buy the headers and mids, whats the process of putting them on? Do they bolt right up, or is modifications neeeded?

    6.1 exhaust on 5.7

I just put a full srt exhaust(header/mid/catback) on my car about a month ago. I have a 07 daytona
I am happy with it, I dropped a few of tenths in the 1/4 mile. There are four or five resent threads about the install.

They bolt right up with a few minor mods:

you need to use the srt manifold gaskets $7.75 each from the dealer.
you should use the srt manifold bolts $.35 cents each. (you need 16)
You need to use the srt dipstick tube or bend your stock tube and make a spacer for it and use a factory 5.7 bolt. I bent the stock tube and made a spacer...I think it was an 1 1/4 inch long pipe I bought from home depot
for $2 or so. If you have any other questions let me know.

I don't really know what type of gains you would get, I would assume "some" because, of the tiny ass 5.7 stock headers...
I have a straight pipes and I just installed kooks high flow cats and jet coated long tube headers last night and I am more than happy with the performance and sound..

If you do 6.1 headers and cats wouldn't you have to go with a 6.1 exhaust system to fit the midpipes

I have a JBA catback for the srt exhaust for sale if you want a 3 inch catback.
It has 200 miles on it I am selling it for $420 + shipping. JBA part 1601

I havent tried but Im almost positive the srt mids wont bolt up to the 5.7 catback.

I have a set of SRT manifolds. The thing is they are the jeep manifolds. I also have a charger OEM SRTmidpipe with gutted cats. The manifolds are ported by SVS R&D to match the gaskets. I have manifolds gaskets and bolts. Oh and its notched for the EGR.
