About LinkBacksI need a hood seal for my Danko Shaker. Has anyone used a product from a local auto parts store to make one? Where do I get one from? How much $$$ for it?

I am sure that any narrow foam rubber seal (self adhering) will do.

I don't have a shaker for my car, but by the sounds of Bob's desc, it sounds like what I bought from my local Lowe's for when I had my rear spoiler painted. If it's just a flat foam with adhesive on one side, check out your local home improvement center. Lowe's had quite a selection of different ones. Otherwise you may be able to find something at just about any auto parts store.

I think a local hardware store should have what you need..................
