pulling fuse 17 for about 30 minutes of fun in a empty parking lot later to see how its gonna feel with the noesp and wondering if fuse 11 being pulled will clear all my codes after pulling 17?

pulling fuse 11 will only clear PCM codes. you'll need to power down the other modules to clear their codes. easiest way is to disconnect the battery.
Izzy picsmoney talks. unfortunately, mine usually says... "good bye!"
AND! if you don't get some mileage on it after dropping power, you'll likely not pass emissions tests. Just had this happen with my seldom used 96 Dodge Ram 2500 Van. "OBDII readiness test" failed - major pita trying to get that cleared up.
