Predator throws a CEL?

I have had my predator on for over 2 months now and have had no problems and love it. 2 weeks ago my check engine light came on, so I detuned it the morning I went to the dealer just in case I need warranty work. On my way there the light turns off. I had just got an oil change the day before so I thought that was the problem, so Iturned around and came home. 2 Days ago the light comes back on and I detune it before I go into the dealer. Once again it turns off on my way there. I still took it in so they could read what codes have been logged and they say there is nothing there. I come home and put the predator back on, immediately the CEL comes back on. Anyone have any ideas whats going on with my predator? Obviously it is the problem, but I can't understand why it's doing it months after I have already had it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had the exact same issue last week.
I threw 4 communication codes, tired to read it with the predator but it said unknown.
I put the car back to stock tune and the codes are gone.
My car is still stock tune and I may leave it like that til Diablo puts out a new revision.

Please use the Predator to read the codes and let us know what they are.

How do you know they were communication codes?
Did you get PXXX numbers for them?

I read the codes as well and the predator said unknown as well. I'm just running with the CEL on right now. The dodge dealer said the only thing they read was a code saying miscommunication with pcm.

Do the key dance, see what numbers the car throws up for codes...
If you think the Predator is the problem, don't ask it to diagnose itself :-P

I will try again in the morning. I cleared the code last time and it just came back. Maybe it will read something this time.

Ok I have no idea what the key dance is.......I didn't know the car could read its own codes.

Key dance is as follows...

Put the key in, turn it ton on (NOT RUN), quickly move it to acc, then back to on, then to acc then to on. The mileage will go away, and it will display a code...

codes usually start with PXXXX, or a UXXXX and theres one other i cant remember..

So, to sum up...

ON-ACC-ON-ACC-ON, then wait.

Hmmmmm yeah I thought that might be the problem. But I thought I disabled the 02 sensor using the predator. I might just take it down to the Dealer and have them swap it out anyways. Thanks for all the help everyone! Is there something about the performance upgrade with the tuner that could be tripping?

Is this car an 07?
If so, and you have disabled the cats, this code is normal.
There should be nothing wrong with the O2 sensors(in fact it is generally associated with a P0158 (Bank 2 sensor 2 high voltage).

We are still investigating the fix for this issue.
