No thanks on trading for the RT! Not because i don't want the power i just don't want the lack there of in gas mileage and the desire to really try and lose my liscense, because i would always be shutting down those little ricers... lol:P I love my SE it may not be fast but it's practical for me and i still get the sweet looks from people the same as all us magnum owners do. There isn't a day that goes by that i don't get a comment or something....

Right on, man. Stick with what makes you happy. Just don't be expecting a lot of mod options. Us SXT and SE owners will just have to wait for the RT owners to be serviced. ;-)

I read few posts/articles on how K&N filter actually allows dirts to get into the engine, thus hurting the engine's performance in a long run. Can anyone confirm? (although I understand that it would just be a debate without any solid proof ... )

It can be proved by engine oil testing, as it was a couple years ago on my VW diesel forum. The only people running the K&N's there are newbee's who havn't heard or been told. I not sure but they may have lost the thread when they did a site move & upgrade of software.

Alot of people here are still dropping in K&Ns.Myself included.I have loved the results from them on all my cars. But that doesnt mean that they dont allow more dirt in.People on this board not know it?or they dont believe it?Hate to damage my engine.
