OBX Headers..?

I know this is a old thread but just wanted warn anyone debating getting these headers on their car. I gambled on getting these thinking like most did. I didn't want to spend the money on a set of kooks or any of their competitors. Do yourself a favor....DON'T DO IT!!! Learn from the people on this forum. With the time and labor it takes to install a set,the last thing you want to do is have to pull them out and install another set. I am in that boat. There are a few people that haven't had a problem with their headers but they are just that,a few. OBX's customer service is basically non existent. So if you have a problem,good luck with that. Within 2 weeks I had a leak at the collector on the driver's side. I tried contacting OBX but I'm still waiting for an answer(not holding my breath). So if you want headers,save your money and do your research. Grab a set of TTI or American Racing headers and be done with it. Good luck with your decision! L8r.

I bought a set of obx headers and midpipes. The headers were hitting the steering column and i cost me money getting them to fit right.

Well mine are still rocking', so I'll stick with em and continue to promote them. It's a shame, some have had an issue here and there. But other brand have had their issues also.
