    NGK Plugs

OK, so I've prettty much decided on Platnium spark plugs.

Everyone seems to rave about NGK being the best.
Is there any real difference between G Power and Laser Platnium? Is it worth the cost (not sure how much more they are yet)?

Where is the best place to buy? Are they cheaper online, or should I just go to the local auto part store?

    Thanks.

I run NGK copper plugs with a 100 shot of nitrous. One thing to think about, if you leave plugs in aluminum heads 100,000 miles they can be kinda hard to remove, so you should use a little neversieze. I have found NGK plugs to have the best antifouling properties, and they work well with 2 stroke and Wankel motors. The old 426 hemis were notorious for fouling plugs, I'll bet NGK's would work well in those also. NGK is one of the best plugs available, imho.

If your going to go Platinum and want the extended change interval, you will need to make sure that both Electrodes (Center and Side) have the Platinum pucks on them. If you go single Platinum, one plug will wear out faster than the other if you go longer than 30,000 miles.

You could also do the Ford Bean Counter trick and put Single Platinum on the Negative ground electrode plugs and Double Platinum on the Positive Ground electrode plugs for the extended change interval.
