About LinkBacksWELL what i was thinking was how complex would it be to stuff a viper srt10 motor in a charger or magnum or 300c.i figure 1 got stuck into a pt cruiser why not a an lx ? now before you start shouting no way think about it ? also on another note would an srt10 viper tranny bolt up and into an lx car?

They are supposed to be fitting the Viper tranny in the new Challenger, so I would think that it would fit in the Charger. The computers might have a hernia though.

maybe ill wait till the challenger comes out the buy the tranny froma challenger and get creative with the charger ? if the bolt patterns are the same meaning the 5.7 and 6.1 which im pretty confident it will be .then its a matter of fitment and computer work and hopfully diablo might help in that arena? its a thought i was kicking around since it seems keisler is no help.

true thats what i was thinking but still would like to mate it up to a manuel tranny and i was wondering if and when the challenger tranny is a 6 speed and has the right bolt pattern ,i was hoping it would be a very possible swap in ?
