    How about that nitrous plate?

I'm considering using one of the Nitrous Outlet plates on with my Zex setup. They have been around for a few months now so who can tell me what is the verdict? Improvement noticed over standard fogger? they appear to be gasketed on one side only, any leak problems? can thy be rotated or flipped?

In my opinion I think it a a huge step up from a regular fogger nozzle.. have you watched that vid of it in action?? The six holes for fuel and six holes for N20 should atomize it very well...

"1fst4dr" has it on his chargerSRT8 and as far as I know it was working really well for him.. I remember him saying he picked up some serious MPH in the 1/4 mile.

As for actual numbers you might want to PM him for that info..

Im on the fence about this one too. I think its a cool product but I dont know how much performance increase you would see. I think 1fst4dr confirmed that the plate called for different jets which actually made his shot larger than what he was running before. Id love to see a comparison with the exact same jets with the fogger and the plate. Then we could truely compare gains etc....

Dan is correct here. The jets they give you are actually about a 114 shot of N20.They call it a 100 shot but according to the chart Dan and i went over they are definitly not. That is why I saw a 7mph increase over my best mph. However dan what I have not had a chance to tell you was I have seen a 3-4mph increase with a 46/24 jets..Not to mention we all have to agree it mixes better then a nozzle.I also have pulled plugs after 3 1/4
miles passes near my home. And they all looked normal..Some will disagree
that they do not like the faxct that it seems to spray to one side on the intake. However like I said,All plugs looked normal.I figure it cant be worse then a nozzle that usually sprays at the 8 oclock postion

As far as comparison I wouldnt mind sending you the plate for a test,I would like to see it as well.I still run on radials so I think my tests will not be consistent<--Spelling??..lol Someone like your self who has shafts and slicks could make some better runs..So let me know when it thaws out up there..lol

hehehe, I got the perfect time to do it

Thanks for the update. I still like its clean/location factor much better than a nozzle. The fact that it sprays after the throttle body and doesnt collide with the throttle blade might be a benifit as well.

I agree on hitting the throttle plate, some have argued/discussed that it
help atomize better by hitting the plate, which I disagree because its not controlled one way or the other.Just my 0.2 I am in no way an expert nor do I play one on T.V.

are the mounting hole symetrical, or what im trying to say, can it be mounted upside down? so you can hide the lines that feed it. you know, sometimes you dont want everyone to know your on the juice heh heh

No you cant,It fits one way only. This definitly not a stealth set up,For that you should use a nozzle, mount it at the 8 oclock position and run your lines accordingly..
