I've never had any noticable hesitation. Before I had the predator, it always spun up slow, but that was due to the TM the predator got rid of.
I run the 93 CAI wiht MDS still on.
I get 20-22 on the hwy and 15-16 city. Bit of a heavy foot, but not into it every time i step on the gas.
I used to get 24 +/- hwy, and no idea why I cant anymore.

more to come
get paddles on that Charger and then just put the car in the gear ya want and shove your foot into the kitchen.
With the MDS on though you're pretty close to decent MPG.

well bud, its time for tough love....
you have no right to complain, you havent even done any logs, its extremely easy. without any logs you have no clue whats going on, if you wanna fix your issue, then go get some logs and report back.
if you want your isssues fixed, then you should know by now not to complain about trying everything when you havent even taken on log. there are plenty of wise people here who can help you fix your car through various logs.
with or without mds?
Buy a prius to get you around, and shine the lime.
In city driving with a lot of stops I get simular mileage. Face it. If your driving a large car with a V-8, and stopping every 100 yards fuel economy is going to suffer. without any evidence that there is actually something wrong with your car, I'd have to say that is normal mileage for stop and go city driving.

The shifting issue has gotten better.........before the predator, It always had a delay at WOT before it would kick down and go......ever since I had the predator Ive had MDS off so up until yesterday Ive never tried the predator with MDS on...........when I first re-loaded the 93CAI tune with MDS on, the hesitation was there again but now its getting better as I Drive more..............next step is to research what PIDs to datalog on my first attempt to see what could be causing the mileage.........even with MDS on this morning, coasting to the gym and back with a very light foot it said I got 13.8mpg............I just filled up, wrote down the mileage and the gallons it took so ill be seeing what the real world mpg numbers are soon
I dont mind 12mpg that much.........its not really the actual MPG im getting thats bothering me.......I just want to find out if somethings wrong with the car

Something else going on there, MDS comes and goes (like Done says) in .04 seconds. I've never disabled it on my RT and I've never noted a 'lag' as such that I'd point at MDS for.
If it's any consolation, my last tank (with a CMR tune I'm not real thrilled with) was 11.2, and that by doing math, not the EVIC.

My in laws 5.7 has alway been really bad on MPG. Like 12 around town and 20 highway. we even caravaned to Vegas, and I got 27.5 to her 20.5.
Bone stock, she can light them up from a stop. It took me NOESP to get 10' of scratch, and then cam headers, headers and intake to get it smoking.
The biggest problem and contributer to this IMO is the PCM flash.
SC would not work on my 06 until I updated it. Ditto with DS until 8r17.
The 9r updated PCM flash is IMO killing me. No decel and higher operating temps. CMR tuning from one of the best has not overcome this, not has gracious tweaks from DS tuners.
A PCM file update may or may not help.
Wishing you luck.

sublime, when you log, turn MDS off, make sure of this! also log st and lt kr, ect, act, rpm, IAT, and i know i am missing a few, others will chime in, but the more you log and get for us the better, you can send them my way and i can do my best to tell you whats going on.
Thanks.........what kind of driving do I need to do to collect the data properly? I read somewhere you gotta do everything you can imagine including going up and down hills to get a propper reading.
Can I just pull over right before I get on the hwy, start the data log, jump on the hwy and collect data crusing at different speeds / rpms with some WOT runs and part throttle accels up to various speeds?
Have you tried pulling Fuse 11? You said it's gotten better the more you've driven it and that seems consistent with the car "re-learning" your new set up. The mileage you're getting seems pretty normal for all in town driving. That's about what my AWD gets, stock. Hell, even my 99 Malibu v-6 only gets about 16-18 in town.
