    Headman Shorty Headers?

Does anyone have any info on them? Is anyone using them? Are they better than JBA?

    Thanks for any help.

But why not try something new, when they are around 200 less. It could be an awesome mod for people that do not have the expendable funds. If I get them, I will do a before and after dyno.

    Thanks,

I am at work and it is Friday, if you know what I mean. When I get some extra cash, I will purchase them and I should be able to do the install myself.

Good luck bro. Install will probably be between 6-8 hrs depending if you have a lift or not. Save up for some hi-flow cats too. You wont be dissapointed.

I have a set of ramps that I should be able to do everything from. HOPEFULLY.

Well, I am up in the air on those. I have straight pipes right now and I am trying to create a little bit of low end power with the shorties, so I am not sure if it will help my low end or top end power with the high flows.

The hi-flows will just help what the headers do even better. Whether it be low or high end tq/hp....

If you are looking to save money get a pair of SRT-8 take off's quality will be much better, I asked the same question a few months ago and did some research and didn't find very good results.

I thought the SRT-8 ones have a different flange on them.

Check the flange thicknesses of the Headmans compared to other headers. A buddy of mine had Headmans on his truck which has a rather thin gauge flange and constantly blew gaskets. You do NOT want to be constantly taking your headers on and off. The install is a PITA...
