Which exhaust would flow better?

I have a JBA cat back but it's definitively too loud so i thought about using resonators from SRT8 to reduced the sound level. My main concern is flow restriction, i reinstalled the stock exhaust for now and can see how obvious the stock piece is restrictive. My other choice is the Borla 112. The JBA is a 2 1/2" system while the Borla is 2 1/4".

The only major flow improvement you'll see is going to straight-through mufflers. Anything with baffles will still be restrictive (not as bad as stock, but moreso than straight-through).

Problem is LEO is enforcing a law against freeflow mufflers because too many ricers went way too far with their 5" awake all the town set up. That is part of why i removed the JBA, i don't want to get a ticket. If i use SRT8 resonators it will dampened the sound. There is also a law that says your replacement exhaust must retain all components as factory: cats, mufflers, resonators and even same pipe size as factory. I don't think they will look at pipe size unless you go dramaticaly oversize.
