Sup everyone,
ok so yesterday i went over to Allied Muffler..im sure most of you know where that is.. i got the 6DB glasspack it 2 1/2" pipes, and a 4" SSR tip... IMO its AWESOME!!!but i thought it was going to be 2 straight pipes from the engine, to the glasspacks.. but what was done was.. he left the big Suitcase, and made 2 new pipes for the Glasspacks.. is that normally whats done? or am i confusing myself with another way to do an exhaust? any thoughts?

straight pipes from the engine back? You have the manifolds, then the mid pipes (cat converter) and then the catback system. Suitcase muffler and reso's are all part of the catback. If just the reso's were replaced, that's probably what you're talkin about.
