    Exhaust is Done..

    Sup everyone,
    ok so yesterday i went over to Allied Muffler..im sure most of you know where that is.. i got the 6DB glasspack it 2 1/2" pipes, and a 4" SSR tip... IMO its AWESOME!!! but i thought it was going to be 2 straight pipes from the engine, to the glasspacks.. but what was done was.. he left the big Suitcase, and made 2 new pipes for the Glasspacks.. is that normally whats done? or am i confusing myself with another way to do an exhaust? any thoughts?

    Post some underside pics bro, so we can see what you're talkin' about.

    straight pipes from the engine back? You have the manifolds, then the mid pipes (cat converter) and then the catback system. Suitcase muffler and reso's are all part of the catback. If just the reso's were replaced, that's probably what you're talkin about.

    yea your thinking of the popular mod called brylcreem, where you cut out suitcase and replace with pipes.

    no your 6db kit comes with glass packs that replace the rear resos with glasspacks and slightly larger pipe. i am sure it sounds great. get pics and some video clips
