    Electric cutouts?

Not sure if that's what they are called or not, but I had a question about them.

If you install the electric cutouts in the exhaust, do you keep your stock system?

Next question, about what do they run installed?

You keep your full exhuast system, they just require a hole cut into the pipes.

Scott over at St Paul Auto hooked me up for $600 cash, parts and installed combined with a few other minor little things - you might be able to get it done for $500 (IIRC, the parts run $450).

So do you have short pipes that dump out the side, or do they just exit under the car? I hope you can make the M&G, I gotta check that out. That's on my wish list!

I've got a buddy that does installs for Ultimate Electronic, think it would be easy for someone with that type of experience to do the wiring?

What's involved to wire them up? What + wire did you use and how did you get the wiring into the dash from underneath?

Fairly simple install. COOKZ32 and I were some of the 1st to do this mod and we still love ours. Of course Scotty at St Paul Automotive did our installs.

Don't buy any other than the DMH oval boxes however, or you'll have clearance issues.

You can keep a totally stock exhaust, no worries.

I'll do what I can to make it there so you can see them work.

^^^ Good question, as the only ride in the household, the wife wouldn't like it much if one day it starts sounding like a drag car.

They had leaking issues in the beginning, but they have since been redesigned with no issues.

But honestly... you won't be closing them after you hear them. I haven't closed mine in a year and a half....
