Do you know any of the specifics in terms of the type of input or information the dealership fed your car to cure its ailment?
Unfortunately, I do not. They (service guys at my dealer) are willing to work on the car with aftermarket stuff and work with you in doing things, but they are not open to letting you INTO the work area or letting you touch their toys :( The good news is that as long as you have the extensions all connected well, you won't have the problems that I had.

I think I am going to disconnect mine. Everything else I've put on, air intake, TB spacer, Jetchip module all had it listed as the first step so the computer can reset itself to new parameters.
Makes you wonder......
We did not disconnect the battery when we did aspendog's, but we did when we did mine. It seems that the starter is positioned a little differently on a 300 versus a Magnum, or maybe on a May built car versus an October built car... I don't think disconnecting versus not had any real effect on my problems, though.
We also noticed that on aspendog's car, the heat shield on the passenger side was difficult to remove, on mine the driver side was a little more so than on his, but my passenger side was easy. Again, not sure if it's a 300 / Mag difference or a May / October difference.
