    Did Somone Say Halfshafts?

Here they are, along with photos of the stage 2 heads and many shots of the cars in the shop this week. We are still scheduled to start shipping July 23, 2007. These shafts are rated at 800rwhp and they are constructed of 300m chromoly. The retail cost of the half-shafts are $1995. If you are interested in the stage 2 heads, they retail for $2195 and we have a 20 day wait as of today.

can you put the R/T shafts in a SRT? seems the R/T shafts are 100% successful. here is a case were smaller is better, yes?

I thought the same thing, Tony....then I realized the rear hub assy's are different due to the Brembos. The SRT guys would have to go with RT brakes on the rears to run the RT half shafts.

Tail light....when they see the shipping company's tail lights, they're out of warranty. J/K....that is a good question. So now that we got half shafts available I'm ready for a gear set that will play nice with the computer.

That's a hard one to say, my bet is it's either the tempering done as in maybe the R/T's shafts have a little more give or the suspension geometry due to the SRT's having a lower ride hieght.

i'm guessing the R/T's skinnier shafts allow for more twist before snapping, thus making them stronger (or at least last longer).

You have that backwards John......but the SRT shafts still won't fit an R/T.....the inner stub is larger on the SRT with a different spline.
