    Cats

Thinking of taking my cats off and replacing with pipe, and was wondering if it has any long term affects on the motor. And if its a waste of time since all I have now is K@N intake and 176 tstat and flowmasters.I know it wont pass smog here in cali but my buddy owns a muffer shop and he will do the swap for me every 2 years

Cut to the chase and get rid of them. It seems to me that everyone that goes the mod route, seem to blow pieces of their cats eventually.
