    cant remember which fuse

    hi guys i did the fan mod today when i went up against the amg .the check engine light cam on and i cant rememebr which fuse to pull to clear it ?

    IIRC, it will also go off by itself after three on/off cycles.

    Yes, some good trips will turn it off too. 3 sounds right to me.

    should the fuse 11 be pulled while car is on off or in the on position?

    i cant seem to get it off yet .the first time i did it at the track it worked asap today ive tried ut nothing .disconnected the battery even nothing same thing just a bunch of clicking sounds from under the hood.the only difference between now and then is the instalation of the sc and b&g .

    car should be in the off position.

    You are using SC and B&G? You didn't program the B&G with the SC did you?

    nope i first left the stock pcm in as told did the programing with the sc then removed the stock pcm and replaced it with the b&g .im gonna call him tommorow and see what he says at b&g .

    I saw your other thread about the B&G after I posted this... Sounds like a common problem they should be able to help you fix.

    I assume that if you go back to your stock pcm everything clears up?

    By the way... there is a battery disconnect procedure you should look into. It's in the knowledge base...

    Involves going lock to lock on the steering to avoid an ABS code, and opening the window to set the auto-down on the drivers side.
