    anyone got any tips on how to make sure i dont break off my header bolts (goin LTs)

    any tips would be great

    Is this common on these things? I wouldn't think it'd be that much of a worry on such a new car.

    you won't break them.....it's a steel bolt in an aluminum head......you may pull threads out but you won't break the bolt.

    they also aren't torqued to 100# or something extreme. You'll be fine.

    just soak them with PB blaster and let them sit for a few hours.

    You will not break them. You wont need anything but tools as long as they are not leaking. Just make sure to buy some anti seize for the new ones and make sure to use Mopar exhaust gaskets and not the header gaskets. You dont want to change them out in a few months
