    AC problems??

I wreacked my car a few months back and when they fixed it they put a new condenser assembly on it. Now the ac doesn't work. I thought it may have been low on freon but I checked the low side and its showing 62+ psi. The compressor comes on and every few minutes is releases pressure sounding like a waste gate. I can feel the air get cold for like 30 seconds when I initially turn it on but it gets hot quick. Is there some kind of restriction in the system somewhere or is the pressure too high?
I NEED TO BE BLOWN AND STROKED!!!!

is your rad fan working? if not, that'll build pressure in a hurry.

That is a great question. I'll check right now. Car temp runs normally mid day when I'm running or at idle so never paid it any attention

Ok yes, both fans are running now and I'm here idling and I can hear the compressor clicking every few seconds. The low side line is cool to the touch and the high side line is warm. Seems to be more of a restriction somewhere

Are there any protective tabs or anything that would cover the condenser where you bolt up the lines to keep trash out when you buy it new that may be restricting the freon flow?

there are caps to keep the moisture out until installation but they must be removed to install the lines.
    was the receiver/drier also replaced?
