DAMN.......... now if only DCX would make a 6-speed R/T to go with this sucker, then we're all set.

Weird. Paxton does not even list any Hemi superchargers.
The item number would be about right, though, so this may
be interesting. I'm writing Paxton to ask for details on what
is going on with these items.
so, is this thing real? Could a stock transmission hold something like that? " *Up to 45% more horsepower" seems like a HUGE amount of ponies. That would be what, 550 or 600 horsepower? Jesus.

Thats gotta be for the Ram, I bet it won't work on the LX version of the HEMI.

"Stand-alone ignition timing control computer for seamless acceleration."
It has to be for the trucks. Don't think you can just REPLACE the PCM in these cars. Would be cool though. I would definitely save up and buy one if they become available.

from what i have learned these blocks in the Hemi are crap and wont hold up to supercharging or even a moderate shot of nitrous. i have laid my hands on a cutaway block and can confirm they are thin in all the wrong places. The main webbings will be the first to go if you up the anty much at all.
the aftermarket is aware of this and are steering clear of the 5.7 Hemi.
You know what they say.., if it wont run chrome it! the aftermarket has a lot of shinny stuff out for us LOL

I kind of don't belive that about the hemi's walls being to thin, read about it but dodge already supercharged one for the concept and the 6.1 hemi in the SRT-8 is a 5.7 bored out which would mean even thiner walls and it's pushing 80hp more than the 5.7.

Your post is bunk without pictures of your "cutaway block"

I guess we'll all find out soon enough, i have nothing to lose other than a bad interpretation of what i've seen and heard. BTW the cutaway block was on display in Mopar Alley at this years SEMA show. I dont have pictures, sorry.
Call up Holley/NOS (you know, the company that claims to have a "NOS kit for every application") and ask them how many kits they have for the Hemi's. Afterall, they've (hemi) been in the trucks now for a few years, they must have numerous kits FROM mild to wild. Right?
Well, when they tell you they havent stepped INTO the Hemi arena, ask WHY!
