Arrow 5.7 comparisons... same cam...the rest? Judge for yourselves

Okay... enough people have been inquiring about the debate and differences between my car and BigHemi06's (Bryan)...

We both have the exact same cam (Spartan) LSA113... I'll include my spec's and dyno as well as Bryans. you guys can do what you want with this information and make your own decisions what components to put together; cuz' *I'm* clueless!

    My specs:
    AirHammer intake Gen1
    BT ported TB
    Stock 5.7 intake manifold
    Spartan cam LSA113
    Stock heads
    SRT headers
    6.1 MAgnaflow hi-flow cats
    SLP LM 2 catback (5.7)
    Johan tuned.

    Here's my latest graph:

    And Bryan's spec's:

    CF AirHammer
    BT ported TB
    SRT intake manifold
    Spartan cam LSA114 <-----
    LMS ported heads (5.7)
    SLP longtube headers and cats(?)
    SLP LM1 catback
    and yep...Johan tuned.

    and graph:

hhhhmmm... first time I've REALLY sat down and compared exact values at certain RPM's... Looks like on MY car that everything is a bit higher along the entire low-rpms range. , BUT THEN.... ut-oh.. at 4600 Bryan's just keeps on climbing.

Attributed to the intake manifold? or the heads?

About the power difference you'd expect from the heads and headers.. Bryan's torque is a little lower than I'd expect though.

You mean push them higher into the RPM range? i.e. right in the graphs?

Basics... Longtubes are better for highend performance, while shorties are good for the low end.

My thoughts too!! We're pretty much dead-nutz on the TQ (peak) value...But compare the curves; my 3200 vs Bryan's 3700 rpms = 350TQ. *I* thought it would be the other way around...??

Your actually making good low end torque compared to Bryans, you just need some better airflow to see an increase in the power.
Bryans didn't seem to carry out a whole lot farther than yours with the addition of the 6.1 intake, so I don't know if you would want to consider that extra expense?
