    300c srt front skid plate

    i need one is it really 230 bucks at the dealer!!! i hate parking blocks! u know anywhere on line to get one?

    Mine fell off too and it was thanks to my mom driving up on parking curbs old lady style. I haven't had mine on for 6 months and nothing is wrong with leaving it off. Other than some dirt all is good to go. Sorry I have no clue where to get it cheaper and that's why I haven't bothered getting a new one.

    It will affect engine cooling without it...you might never notice but it does.It will also affect high speed handling.

    it affects the $hit out of high speed driving. it also slightly changes your handling characteristics (or so it feels)

    yeh, instant notice and performance degrade in high speed handling characteristics when failure occured at 173

    LOL so I guess I'm safe with only freeway speeds and the rare drag strip runs then.

    yes, but one thing to think about is also the brake cooling, not to mention without the belly pan your brake cooling ducts will fall out (mine did....while driving lol)

    our 300c do not have the brake ducts...just the srt8's do

    the op has an srt, but yeah, i guess turbohips doesnt. i didnt know the c's didnt have the ducts.
