Vibrations?

Just put in a 2 channel pheonix digital amp with a 1.5 farad cap and 2 12's........but the box i have them is is way to big for my trunk!! and it sounds like a vibrating tin can outside i have them firing rear and because of the wheel well bumps the subs are only about 7-9"'s away from the back of the trunk..what have you guys used..beside dynocrap....to muffle your vibrations i am looking at second skin right now but didnt really want to go all out on dampner

also how could i drop my subs to sit in my trunk area is there a certain way to do this like build a box and then have the floor actually be a false floor type of thing?
