    Uconnect and V710

What version of code is everyone running in the V710?

I notice a few Bluetooth problems, and want to see if it may be code related.

    My version is 8700_01.30.8F

    Thanks in advance.

I have the same code as well. There are other firmware versions, but right now they are all motorola internal. They are working on a firmware UPDATE and it should be out soon.

For what they implemented in the phone the bluetooth seems to work pretty well for me, I have the uconnect and a HS810 headset and a couple laptops with bluetooth.

I wish there was mroe bluetooth functionality, but not yet.

What bluetooth problems have you noticed?

    Problems:

Static mostly with Uconnect, but occasionally with my HS810.

Voice mail notification - Uconnect tells me a have a call.

    LIttle things like that.

My 2nd V710. First one had static everytime, bluetooth or not.

snickle, sounds like something is wrong. I have the same set up, V710, HS810 and Uconnect. Mine is clear as a bell. Only time I heard static was when my battery in the HS810 was dying. Or when I move away FROM the phone about 20 - 30 feet. Makes me think it's a bluetooth communication problem with your phone. Sorry your first one was bad. Might have gotten a bad second one as well.

I have the V710 and it worked good. Now I am starting to have problems, Takes a couple of minutes to link up when I get in the car, not always able to disconnect when the call terminates.

Yes the Motorola V710 has bluetooth, and for me in my 300C it seems to work flawlessly.

I believe your I710 is a nextel phone right? And yah even though it's 710, it's a totally different phone.
