You all have seen the commercial, the IBM notebook where you swipe your finger and that lets you into the computer.
On my Blazer I have a switch that kills the ignition cause the Ignition cylinder is broken so no key is needed (I flip the switch and the car won't start, ya dig).
My question is, can we do something like this on our LXs? Can we put in a switch or something to that effect that the car won't run? I know our keys are specific but what if someone gets your keys?
Just curious, lets put our heads together on this one

Anybody seen The Transporter??
I think this would be sweet... Biometrics are definitely possible.. but it's probably going to take a carputer to make it work... I'm gonna do some googling and see what I come up with..

Very cool stuff. We use fingerprint at work. The IBM Thinpads comes with it.
