It rubs the lotion on it's skin, or else it gets the hose again!

Looking at the holes and locations I would assume a Square sub and the lil round hole for the connectors which by location will sit under the trifold hidden away.

For anyone interested, ls1Daves' trick is to use blue tape on the panel for a nice smooth finish in the exposed side rather than aluminum foil. My first try was Several layers of foil and my box came out looking like dookie! Dave is the man when it comes to this stuff. All we have left is a bit more trimming, some sanding, paint and upholstery. more pictures to be posted today!

Nice work guys. Does my heart good to see people tackling fiberglass themselves instead of paying the ridiculous price for pre-made forms. What do you plan on coating the inside of the enclosure with?

    Very nice,

I used a single layer of aluminum foil when I did mine because I couldn't get the tape to stick well enough to the plastic side panel to glass over. Glad it worked out for you, looking good.

    thanks guys.

we are using the spray on rubber coating for the outside, and undercoating for the inside. I also poured resin inside around the edges to seal it up and close any holes that our trimming might have opened.

stitch took some great pics, so stay tuned for the updated photos.

Not sure how DIY this is, i was an installer for about 10 years, but havnt done it the last 2 since im an engineer, but i get what you are saying.
