if you have EVIC yes...
if you don't have EVIC then NO...

yup i have an rt with navi with the amp and boston speakers.
no evic. unless i do have it and they switched the gauge cluster to change the mileage since i bought it used

far as I have ever seen, and I've seen 100s, the Magnum R/T and the Charger R/T have EVIC and the 300 C (same as the Dodge R/T Line) all come with EVIC as standard equipment.

I think it's possible to get an R/T without EVIC, but have no clue about the 160 mph speedo/no Evic situation.

EVIC is an option on all Hemis. It is not standard. Not even on the SRT8's. Most all of them are equipt this way from the factory. Its listed as an option on the 2006/2007 Hemis in the "build and price" on the websites.
