    Speaker question.. Please Help

Ok so I have the stock NAVI 6 disc in my 05 R/T and when I turn the volume up the back speakers fade out. Does anyone know if there is some sort of resister on the rear speakers that cause them to do this? And if so how can I bypass it. Any help would be great

Thats what I thought at first then I faded to rear speakers only and they got louder as I lowered the volume. Like they kick back in at a lower volume.

The stock amp does that so people won't blow the rear speakers or something. You can try putting the bass on flat and see if it helps.

What year is your car? Their is a tsb that will reflash the computer to fix the problem. It might work for your car.

    Try this TSB...

It kinda sounds like your issue. Read it and determine for yourself

    Print out that TSB.

    Take it to the dealer.

Be REALLY nice to them, because TSB's are NOT warranty fixes. They CAN charge for them. If you're real nice, they may cover it...

Explain to them your problem and how you believe the TSB will resolve it and ask them to apply the fix in the TSB (to reflash the amp).

    Hope this helps,
    Bob
