About LinkBacksWhen I push the mode button or music button on steering wheel to change to Sirius radio, Sirius comes on for 1/2 second and then it switches over to FM.
It will not stay on Sirius!
Durning that 1/2 second the normal Sirus info comes up on the screen, I can see what station its on.
Also I have a Sirus lifetime membership so its not a lapse of account.
Has anyone had or seen this type of problem?
My warranty still good, I so wonder if it needs to be replaced if I could pay the differance to upgrade to NAV system.
What! Do NAV systems come with Sirius?

Yes. Disconnect your battery over night... Start your car in the morning... That fixed mine.

Mine was a little different tho... it would be on Sirus for a few mins an do that. :( It wasn't perdictable.

Mine does the same thing from time to time. Turn your car key to Acc. and quickly change the mode to Sirius and it should work.
Sometimes I have to try a couple times. Not sure what causes it.

Now this morning its working.

I just had this problem and found I had a collapsed (bad) cell in my battery. After I replaced the battery the problem went away.

Interesting about the battery. We had an issue today with our REC (non-mygig, 2005). "Mode" would bring up the screen but only highlight the folder for CD (no discs). It would NOT change to SAT.... Fiddled with it for a while, went in, voted, came back out, worked. <shrug> I know Sirius was working because I'd just moved my Wrangler with Stratus 5 dock-n-play receiver and it worked fine.

Something a little different happens to mine on occasion. If I shut down the car while listening to Sirius, I'll start the car later and it will be on 106.7 FM. This happen to anybody else?
