Sequentials + Mopar Trailer Harness = FAIL!!

I took the next logical step for my hidden trailer hitch. As some of you may have read, the non-Mopar harness wouldn't drive power to the trailer lights and actually tripped the relay so I ended up with no lights at all. On the advice of forum members, I purchased the Mopar wiring harness and could see why it would make a difference because it draws power directly from the battery. Perfect!

Installation was straightforward however the hitch has no mounting point for the connector. No problem, I'll leave the entire assembly in the trunnk and snake it out when I need it.

The problem is that the harnass bypasses my sequential operation and, when in place, the inboard lights do not flash (on with lights though) and only the outboard lights flash for turn and flashers.

Not a huge deal, I removed the connectors and, when I need to pull a trailer, I'll simply reconnect them. If someone has any alternate suggestions about how I might overcome this, please share.
