RFID alarm install problem with locking/unlocking

Hi im installing a K-9 Sombra rfid alarm and needed a little help. Is it possible for someone on here to tell me how to install the lock/unlock feature CORRECTLY on my 07 Charger because now its becoming frustating! The alarm came with 6 diffrent wires for the locks so as stated from some else on here was to get the 330/100 ohm resistors, which i did. I tied the two resistors to the single lock wire and then from that connected the unlock and lock wire to the apropreiate resistor then taped them up! So thats two wires gone! The manual said to connect the 2 purple wires together then run them to the 12volts wire, which i did. Now i have 2 wires left, one from the unlock side of the brain and the other from the lock side. I dont know what to do with them so i tryed to ground them but doing that made it unlock with the unlock wire and then when i touch the other to a ground it locked...could someone tell me what im doing wrong!!

Also it has 2 wires on the opposite side of the brain and it reads door input - and door input +....could someone tell me what the inputs are used for and also how to wire them to the right wire....thanx!
