Hey guys, my navi has been saying disc read error for quite some time. I brought it to the dealer last week for another issue and told them about the navi as well. They just blamed it on my disc as it has some very light scratches. They claim they tried it on another car and it worked. I checked my fan on the unit last night and it does not work. Now the problem is they want me to buy a new disc and if it still doesn't work return to them but my warranty is about to expire real soon. Any advice or quick fixes? Can I just make a copy of my orignal dvd?
