Hey All - brand new to this forum, but have been a very avid reader since I got my 2006 Charger R/T last summer. Great site - incredible knowledge base, so please keep up the great posts!! Anyway, haven't had to ask you guys for help yet, but.....

I was working on adding in an FM modulator for my DVD player yesterday, so I had to pull out the existing antenna cable from the back of the radio and connect it to the modulator, then run the new antenna cable from the modulator into the radio. Simple, right? Well all was going well - had the right adapters, connectors, cables, etc...

When I plugged the new antenna cable from the modulator into the back of the radio's antenna connection, I heard a tiny "snap". Pulled out the cable and saw that the little pin inside the connection on the radio's antenna connection had snapped off. Anyone ever had this happen to them?? So am I totally screwed, or is this something I can have repaired? Sounds like something that should be able to be repaired by an automotive radio shop - maybe just solder a new piece of wire back on? Dunno, searching for help. Looks like it's CD's for me, for now, as there is no AM or FM reception...

What do you guys think?
