New to the forums and I have a problem. I have a 2007 R/T and installed a Pioneer AVH-P4900DVD HU with C2R-CHY Interface. Running factory 6 BA speakers with sub and factory 322-Watt Amp. Here’s the problem…

Started the car unit was running, but no sound from speakers. Disconnected the battery, opened panel to check loose connections, found none. Closed panel, reconnected the battery and unit ran as usual however, NOW there was sound! Drove from work to the gym, gym to home still sound was present. Next morning, started car and unit was running, but no sound from speakers.
Disconnected the battery, waited for a few minutes, reconnected battery, AGAIN we have sound.
Disconnected the 6-Pin connecter from C2R-CHY interface and harness, with the car running, and the unit was still operating WITH sound. Turned the car off, waited for a few minutes and started the car. Again unit operated WITHOUT sound. Reconnected the 6-Pin connecter and sound was present.
Also noticed that “FM 00.0” message appears on the EVIC display when the unit has sound. There is no message when there is no sound, but the HU is still running. Any suggestions?
