Does anyone have links or information on this system? My Magnum is coming with navigation, U-Conect, Sirius, and the awesome sound system and I wouldn't mind learning how the system works.

What specifically do you want to know? I am sure your user's manual will cover a lot of the basics. If you want to know more about hooking Sirius up... then go to http://www.sirius.com.
I highly recommend Satellite Radio. I have XM Radio and it kicks arse. Sirius isn't as good as XM... but its still way better than normal FM radio.
I'm looking for as much information as possible, such as a manual, the features, etc. Also, how long does Sirious take to set up? I friend said his XM took a week before it was active.

Can anyone perhaps "scan" the 300C owners manual for us to review while we wait WEEKS for our cars to arrive. :D

The upgrade to the sound system on the magnum is only 288 watts. The 388 watt system on the 300c is not an extra 388....thats total. Either way...as far as factory sound they both should sound pretty good.

OPPs just realized this is a really old post.
The Sirius only takes a phone call and about 5 mins to set up. I did it using my cell phone and was using it before I left the dealers lot. The nav system is pretty easy after you get use to it. Can't really EXPLAIN how to use it here but remember, to LOAD the disc there is a thin plastic strip below the unit that pops off and underneath it looks like a cd front. It took the salesman and us 15 mins to figure out how to LOAD the nav disc. You will love all the features, I thought it was a waste of money at first but now, no way I would do with out it. :D

I know it is a DVD based system, so here's a dumb question. If you can manually LOAD the nav disk, can you take that out and put a movie in there??
I miss my Maggie
Sure you can put a DVD Movie in there! Just slap in your favorite Action Flick - however, there will be no picture of sound. It is not setup to play movies - it would have to be modified in some way. Give it time - someone will make or device a Hack!Originally Posted by kentc1978

That NavTV looks like a GM radio
Anyways, I've had my Magnum since Friday and the Nav is pretty easy to use. I was slightly disappointed that the screen isn't touch-sensative like the NAVs in the Acuras, but It's still easy to use. My only complaint so far is the fact that it won't let you program it while driving over 10MPH. I see their concern for safety on this one, but what if you have a passenger that wants to program a destination? They should still be allowed to do that. If anyone can find an override for that "feature" I'd be extatic.
If nobody can scan their NAV manual by the weekend, I'll go ahead and scan mine.

Has anyone done this yet? If so, are here any details you'd care to share?
Thanks,
Tom
Anyone found a device "hack" to play DVD's yet? My systems displays disc read errors when dvds are loaded....
