    Nav problem. help!

Ok so I havent had very good radio reception for awhile. I didnt care to much because I listend to sirius a lot.

Well i tried to figure out what was up today and I found out that there is a Pin inside the radio antenna connector socket(on the radio) that had gotten smashed down to the bottom of the socket. Well I tried to pull it back up with needle nose pliers and the pin ended up breaking off. I was so gentle 2 lol. Well anyways, wtf do I do now? Anyone know of a replacement or any idea how much it would cost to have fixed?

the only letters that come to mind is SOL.

I would expect any reputable radio repair shop could replace that socket...hell, if you're GENTLE, you could do it also.

Was it the pin on the cable that looks like this? If so you should be able to find a connector to fix it on this site. http://www.installer.com/antenna/

no the pin is, err was, actually inside the socket on the radio unit itself. the antenna cable has a hole in it for that pin to slide into.

How far in is the pin? Anyway you can pull it out with a with a pair of needle nose pliers? Worse case scenario, drill it out parially and grab on to the drill and yank like a mother..

    Can you post any pics?
