Mygig Phone Book Question

I have a LG 8350 and every time I get in the car the gig tries to download the phone book but never does. So is there anyway to shut off the feature in Mygig so it does not try to download phone book as I can't use the phone till its done trying to down load. I read there is a menu to disable this feature but I don't see it on mine running 9.807

I never saw a way to turn it off in mygig, but check your phone. On my blackberry when I went to bluetooth menu and went into options for my uconnect connection, I had a option to turn on/off phonebook transfer.

I found this on the unofficial Mygig site "It turns out that you can go into setup and turn off "authorization requests". I have done so, and it seems to have solved the problem. The default is apparently "authorization request-on" I have e-mailed the auther but no answer I cannot find this in my phone or the Mygig.
