MYGIG Nav Update

Hi

I have a 2008 Dodge Magnum SRT8 with the MyGIG radio.

I am at software version 9.713. I performed the Naviation Map Update with the NAVTEQ issued update. Every thing seemed to be going well and I went into the house.

I came back out after 50 minutes to check on the status and found the radio back in radio mode - no indication of completion or anything.

Now, I can not get the disk to eject and or verify the update status.

Help !!!

Hold the NAV button down, then press and hold both of the SEEK buttons. It should eject the disk.
