Mygig in a 2007 with full kicker upgrade?

Anyone using the mygig in a 2006 / 2007 model with the Mopar Kicker sub? I have a RER mygig and before I sell my REC nav, i want to make sure there will be no issues with the Mopar Kicker sub.

I read all the threads on it and didnt see many people that did the switch say anything about the Mopar kicker sub.......and the only person i recall that did.......said the bass was noticeably less

anyone running the mygig in a 2006 / 2007 with the Mopar kicker sub?

    Thanks

i have the mygig in my late MY06 with the Kicker premium package.
I didnt notice any difference in the bass, but I do get the BOOM BOOM with the nav voice, which could be attributed to the kicker amp - others havent/arent experiencing this with the lockpick adapter upgrade.

seems like a lot of people are having different issues - its a crapshoot what will work and wont work in each individual car.

I did suggest to MRL in the other thread that he may want to switch the polarity of the wires on the sub. That sometimes improves the bass from the factory sub and it was a common conception that chrysler wired them wrong!

In my case, I found out LATE last night that the wiring harness was wired with the right channel out of phase. When I reversed the polarity on that channel, everything came back perfectly. Go figure!
