Honestly, I have a box w/ 2 12's in my truck. I got some velcro. Stuck one peice on the floor, orther on the box and put it down. Put a small piece on each corner, hasn't moved in a year and a half.

Take the sub out and put a few screws in through the bottom of the box that will tap into the spare wheels cover thingy... Yeah can't think of what it's really called.

I used non-slip drawer liner from Walmart or Lowe's. The good thing about it is that if you put anything on it, it won't move. I had placed a bottle of detailer spray and forgot about until i opened the trunk and it was right where i left it after a day out and about. my subs stay put. I lined the trunk, obviously you could just slip a piece under your subs if that's all you need or want.

We always just used 1-2" of the hook portion of the velcro on the bottom of the box. Depending on the weight of the box, you might need to do several pieces. The hook side will grab onto the carpet and stop it from sliding around.
