And it was deffinately worth the wait.
Still gotta break the sub in, but so far it sounds killer. In two weeks it goes back to them so they can re-tune

Looks nice man. I never put a grille on mine and wish I had now. What do you mean re turn it? What model sub/amp are you using. Did you do anything about your other speakers?

That's re-tune it. They're going to reset the gain and crossover to clean up the sound. they're also going to chase down the god awful rattles, and install a forward sub control. It's a Kenwood 12" sub, and amp. Don't have the model #'s in front of me right now, but I'll get back to you with that. This is only phase one of the sound system, so yeah, just a sub and amp for now. Gotta save for the rest, along with the dozens of other mods that seem to be shakin' their ass in my face since I got on the forums.
The grill was a must' as I have two kids, and going anywhere without putting things in the trunk.
Lookin good! How much did it set you back?
Now thats official right there.
E&G classic grill,Tint, custom fibre glass sub eclosure, Kenwood eXcelon DDX812 head unit, Alpine PDX 1.600 amp, JL audio W6 12" sub, A buttload of trunk rattles, Airaid CAI, Predator 93 octane CAI tune, and Eibach 1.5" lowering springs.
I hate to advocate sex, drugs, violence or insanity to anybody, but they've always worked for me.

wow thats a clean install. price seems about right for a fiberglass job at a high end audio shop.
Sub = $850
Amp = $900
The rest was labour and shop supplies. (Fibre glass, wire, band-aids...)
Going all top of the line Kenwood Excellon on this system. They're doing my double din screen as soon as my nav bezel gets in.
