It's Done...Thanks To One And All...

All who put up with my Q&A...Finally got it done. Needed a new Line Output Converter, so just ran to Wal-Mart to get one...and well, the SOB works. Puts out some great BASS...Need to tidy up some wires, but she be done!
If I knew how to post a photo, I would...

A few ways, find a free website, cardomain, yahoo etc. then click on the yellow square with the mountains and sun on the second row of icons at the top of this white space.

I finished my install Sunday as well, JL Audio sub and amp....went well thanks to "robbyho's" input...Thanks Again. The JL unit is clean, neat, physically installs in minutes, the wiring time is extra, and the sound is very nice. It is more $$ than I wanted to spend, but I didn't want the typical "boom box" in the back of my magnum. It had to be tucked out of the way. Money well spent.

Well, when the $$$$$ is coming in, I am gonna buy the Art of Noise setup....They are SOOO sweet.
For the time being though, it works well. Just gotta do some adjustments.
Anyone have audio adjusting CD's they can copy my way?

Well, I will be HAPPY when the system is calibrated....will be HAPPIER when a new headunit & speakers/amps are installed...But that will be a while.
What speakers is everyone running elsewhere in their rides? I was thinking of going all out with some Polks or Infinitys....

I'm to the point in my life when I prefer clarity over boom-boom. The subwoofer added the ability for BOOM BOOM when wanted, but it is a VERY nice compliment to some of the music I listen to. So, that is why I mentioned Polk & Infinity as some of my choices...A DVD Headunit would be sweet also, but I really think I would wreck watching something like Tommy Boy....

the MS1000 is ran at 4 ohm stereo so it is only putting out 350 watts RMS x4 channels----the Revolution D1500.1 is iodized black so it has little to no heat problems---even though it is ran @ 1 ohm daily(1580 watts RMS)----so no----I have no heat problems with either one of my amps----and at a local show I had it blasting for about 2 hours straight---the
