I've got a 2006 Mag RT with the 6 CD and NAV system and I'm wondering what my options are on connecting the iPhone 3G to it so I don't have to use the sucky FM broadcaster.
2006 Magnum RT RWD, 8K miles, Power Sunroof, Roof Rack (removable rack portion in storage), Electronics Convenience Group, Convienience Group II, Protection Group, Trailer Tow Preparation Group, Cargo Compartment Cover
You need a PacAudio AAI-CHY. This will give you 2 aux inputs. From there, you can choose any of the various iPod/iPhone vehicle kits. I use a Harmon Kardon Drive+Play. The iPod sits in the glovebox and it charges it too. Since you'll probably want to keep your phone next to you so you can answer calls, you'll need something like the Kensington LiquidAUX. FM transmitters suck.

- 2006 300 SRT/8 - Bright Silver
- BT Frankentake CAI, Zoomers exhaust, AAC ColorShift v2.0 halos, CDC Glassback roof and trunk panel, HID fogs, Stealth markers and bulbs, LED tails and mirror covers, 22elite cover, TommyZ Deep Dish grill, USW 22" Extravagants with Vredestein tires.
Thanks!
I have the chrysler ipod hookup that lets me control it thru the steering wheel controls. I have a 60gb ipod I just leave in the glove box at all times. But ive hooked up my iphone to it and it does work. only issue is it automaticly puts the iphone in Airplane mode which will not allow you to receive incoming calls.
