Not sure if anyone has had this happen but while turning left at a crowed intersection today, my Magnum decided to get horny in the worst way.........by blasting both pipes as loud as it could continuosly. I pulled over after the freaked crowd parted (and I showed some pissed off dudes that my hands were indeed NOT on the steering wheel!), and it wouldn't stop, even turning the engine off and the key out.
Finally after 2-3 minutes of this and looking like an idiot and pounding the steering wheel, I got out and opened the hood and it suddenly stopped. I drove home with no other special burps from the front end horns.
Anyone had this horny thing happen before......on the car I mean LOL!?
I was thinking the clockspring had gone screwy (and no, I haven't done the paddle shift mod....yet anyway). I haven't done anything electrical on the car for months so it can't be a short that I am aware of. This has never happened before and (car is an 06) but may have been one of those freak anomalies, or the steering column wearing out.
Thoughts or has Christine come calling?

never happened to me...yet..but damn thats kinda funny!perfect timing though eh?
SRT exhaust,tint,painted and tinted tails,custom vinyl,black hood,k&n drop in,SRT speakers,and a little more.
