NEED HELP!! I have a 3 gauge pillar pod for my 05 dodge magnum R/T n have had it for some time now (bout a year n a half) but never got around to hooking them up cause everyone I asked either didnt know how nor had the time so I'm tired of waiting. Could anyone please help me out, I dont even care if the gauges are functional, as long as they light up I will actually be happy cause its better than them just sitting there dark and in my way. They are glow shift gauges. Any help is very much appreciated -Chris (SBC)

chris - you can tap into the wire harness in the pillar for a switched power lead. grounding the gauges is as easy as tieing all the ground wires from each gauge together and using a small self tapping screw to the pillar. as for making them functional, it would depend on what they are monitoring as to how the sending units get hooked up. just get in the car, turn the key to the on position and take one of the gauges power wires and insert into the plug for the wire harness in the pillar until you find the wire that is 12v switched power. tap in there and you are golden........ no need to run power wires all over the inside of the car! lol
which gauges (what do they measure)? that's not an overly-complicated install, just tedious w/ the wiring. can't believe nobody local can help :-(
