    Fog light not working!!

    Alright, so my buddies bought me hid's for my car about 5 months ago. I installed them no problem. They seemed to be off decent quality, but now my left fog light won't turn on. THe bulb is fine and so is the connection. Could I have fried my harness!?

    Performance Mods: 400ci Inertia stroker,Kooks lt headers, 3 in zoomers exhaust, Aria cf cai, 6.1 intake manifold ported, ported tb.
    Other Mods: 8000k hids (fogs), bt catch can, , Ben Grimm (the thing) bt custom hood emblem, BMC custom tails, color matched interior bezels, color matched washer fluid and coolant tanks colo :

    swap ballasts side-to-side, see which one works then.

    turns out its the balast that isn't working. I tested the bulb on another balast. I tested another balast in this ones spot. It has to be the balast. These things are only like 5 months old. How is it burnt out already???
