Factory Navigation swap for stock SXT CD changer

Has anyone purchased and swapped out the factory 6 disk CD changer head unit for the Navi unit?

If so was it a hard swap or is it plug and play?

Do you need to purchase a new bezel as well?

If anyone has done this do you have pictures (please post)

Have not done it myself but others here have; you do need a new bezel (search the forum for the part #); not terribly intensive FROM what I hear. Need to be sure to get the GPS antenna (it lives in your dash) in addition to the head unit itself.

As Andy mentioned, you will need a new trim bezel, as well as the GPS antenna. If you do a search, I posted the part numbers for both on another thread. The install is plug-n-play.......... very simple!

You guys wouldn't happen to know if the nav unit has seperate a/v inputs?

No it does not. It can be modded to do video; I've heard people talking around $500-1000 to ship the unit to a custom electronics place and have them add a video input; some on the forum have done that.

Still no AUX in for audio AFAIK.
