cd changer control

I have ordered the stock REF stereo witrh my magnum....
It says it has cd changer control functions....with what changers is it compatible??

My guess... the stock changer unfortunately.

But I think there are some aftermarket options available that can utilize the stock CD changer controls though. I believe an XM Radio hardware manufacturer (i forget who offhand) makes a unit that allows you to control your aftermarket XM radio through the stock CD changer controls.

I would have to do more investigating on this... but if you do a search on the internet... you may find some more information.

a local dealer has told me that the Alpine makes an adapter that works with some Dodge factory head units...he said to bring it in once I get my car and they will CHECK it out...
