Anyone aware (or read the manual deeper than I have :D ) if there is a way to have the NAV system power on without HAVING to press enter to accept the T&C's of using the beast? It get quite agravating everytime you start the car and even when you have just been stopped and on ACC then restart the damn thing wants you to agree to it's use.

I usually don't use the nav unless needed. If you SELECT AM/FM or the cd then you don't get the terms agreement message.

Other than that, there is no way to turn it off.

Where there's a will, there's a way! Where do I sign a waiver and get this thing removed!

Well, it's not that annoying, but I wouldn't mind seeing it gone, even if I had to sign a waiver.
